Cancellation policy

Free cancellation until the day of arrival.
Terms of cancelation
Free cancellation is possible until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. If no cancellation is requested, or if cancellation after 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, the first night will be charged.
During competitions on the Circuit Paul Armagnac, the cancellation period is 72 hours. After this period, the entire stay is non-refundable.
To modify or cancel a reservation, the customer is invited to use the hotel's website: www.solenca.com and click on: Modify a reservation.
Failing this, the customer will send an email to info@solenca.com.

Booking conditions

100% of the total amount of the reservation is requested to confirm the reservation.
1 ? Price
Prices are in euros.
VAT is always included.
The prices indicated only include the services strictly mentioned in the reservation.
To the price mentioned in the reservation will be added, when invoicing, the additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay and, where applicable, the tourist tax.
The applicable prices are those in effect on the day of reservation.
Hoteliers, independent professionals, are free to vary their prices at any time.
Only the price indicated in the reservation confirmation is contractual.

2 ? Reservation conditions and payment
a) For a direct reservation on our website:
Full payment for the stay is made when booking by credit card.
b) For a reservation by other means: telephone, mail, email or on site:
In order to guarantee their reservation, the customer is asked to communicate their valid bank card number, the transmission being done by secure method.
The reservation is only firm and final after sending our confirmation to the customer.
Payment for all services is made on site before the client's departure.
The customer is asked to plan to arrive at the hotel before 6:00 p.m.
and to notify the hotelier in the event of a late arrival.
During competitions on the Circuit Paul Armagnac, we favor half-board reservations and the entire stay is payable upon reservation.

3- Arrival and departures
Upon arrival, unless agreed by the hotelier, the customer cannot demand to occupy the room before 3:00 p.m.
Rooms must be vacated no later than 11:00 a.m., regardless of the guest's arrival time.
When leaving, the customer must return their room key.
In the event of loss or non-return of the room key at the end of the stay, the latter will be billed to the customer from the credit card given as guarantee at the time of booking, or upon departure, up to 100 ?.

4- Professionals and Companies
In addition to the conditions stipulated above, with regard to companies, payment for all services is made either before the client's arrival by transfer, or upon receipt of the invoice within a maximum of 8 days.

In accordance with Art.
121-II of law n°2012-387 of March 22, 2012, the amount of the fixed compensation for recovery costs, in the event of late payment, is set at ?40 by decree n°2021-1115 of 2 October 2012.
